The School Guidance and Counseling Department at East Hartford Middle School works collaboratively to assist all students in achieving their maximum potential in academic, career, and personal domains.

Counselors encourage awareness and exploration of student interests through departmental initiatives and community outreach.  We facilitate the development of positive choice and decision making skills, in order to enable all students to succeed in their educational and personal lives.

Power School

EHPS has transitioned to Power School this year.  We are excited about the new opportunities and resources it will bring to our students and families.  Please sign up for your power school account and download the app.

Power School's Parent Portal will assist students and families with increased communication with EHMS, easy access to grades and attendance, as well as keep families informed about student progress and performance.

If you are having trouble accessing Power School or your account, please let your student's counselor know.  We are here to help.
